SETUP VSTS AND AZURE PORTAL ACCOUNTS

A. Steps to Set up Azure DevOps account.
Set up a VSTS(Azure DevOps) account using your outlook email.

Step 01: Navigate to Azure website VISUAL STUDIO WEBSITE and then click on start free
 

Step 02: If you already have a Microsoft email account, please sign in using your existing credentials. If you don’t have one yet, you can easily create a new Microsoft account to proceed.

Select your country of origin from the list provided and then click on the “Continue” button to proceed.

Step 03: Provide a name for your Azure DevOps organization and validate to continue.

Enter a project name to as My_Azure_WebApp to host project and select Public or Private and click Create project
 

This should create a VSTS dashboard. 

B. Azure Portal Microsoft account set up  – Azure is giving $200 free trial for a month
 
Set up a Azure portal account using your same outlook email.

Step 01: Navigate to AZURE PORTAL and then click on start free
 
Step 02: Set up your Azure portal account profile using your personal information. In a real-time scenario, it would be your company information. Please enter your phone number for verification before proceeding.

Enter your address, check the “I agree” box, and click on “Next” to proceed.

Enter your credit or debit card information for verification purposes. Rest assured, your card will not be charged.

Confirm your address and then click on “Sign up”

Step 03: Secure your account by adding your alternative email address for enhanced security and access. Then, click “Next” to proceed.

Once completed, you should see your Azure account dashboard displayed as shown below.
